Palais des Papes

Few people have never heard of the famous Palais des Papes in Avignon. Rarer still are those who have never wished to visit it at least once! Both fortress and palace, it marks the spirits by its grandeur and its incredible architecture. On its own, it has the volume of 4 “classic” Gothic cathedrals. Within its period walls, you can visit more than twenty different places. Between theaters, private apartments, banquet halls… You will be amazed a little more with each new door crossed. It would be almost unthinkable for any good visitor to leave Provence without having seen it with your own eyes! Especially since it is far from being the only treasure of this sublime city that is Avignon.
