Do we have to arrive and leave on Saturday?

The days of arrival and departure are at your convenience to facilitate your stay. In low season, the duration of your stay will be a minimum of 2 nights and in high season a minimum of one week.

Are dogs and cats allowed?

Your 4-legged friends are welcome at the campsite. Only category 1 and 2 dogs can be admitted. Please bring an up-to-date vaccination certificate with you and keep the site clean for everyone’s well-being. If you wish to stay at the campsite with more than one pet, please let us know by e-mail ( when you make your reservation, indicating the breed, number and sizes of the animals, so that we can look into the matter.

Are the campsites adapted to PRM?

In our campsite at Etang de La Bonde, we offer sanitary facilities adapted to people with reduced mobility for people staying on a pitch. We also have an adapted rental unit with an access ramp and spacious rooms allowing free movement.

Rentals & Pitches

How many people are allowed in the rentals?

We indicate on each rental sheet the maximum number of people allowed. It is a matter of insurance and comfort. We cannot go beyond the indicated capacity.

Is it possible to add a tent on a rental site?

It is not possible to exceed the number of people indicated on the location of your rental for insurance and comfort reasons. The addition of a tent can only be done on a specific location. However, we can offer you to rent a pitch and a rental unit side by side depending on our availability and possibilities. Contact us.

Is bedding included?

In our rentals you will find pillows and blankets. We can also offer fabric sheets and towels for rent. Do not hesitate to ask us at the time of your reservation.

Can we bring back our barbecue?

All open flame devices are prohibited on the campsite. For example, we do not allow charcoal barbecues. Planchas are available for rent.

Reservation & Payment

Is it necessary to book in advance to come and stay at the campsite?

For stays in high season, it is imperative to make a reservation before your stay to guarantee the desired availability. For off-season pitches, it is not necessarily necessary to reserve before your arrival. Do not hesitate to contact us to help us guide you.

When is it best to book our summer camping vacations?

We advise you to book as soon as possible for vacations in high season. Each year, we open reservations between October and November. It is then recommended to place an option to allow us to guarantee the desired availability. Le mois d’août est particulièrement sollicité alors ne trainez pas trop.

I did not receive a confirmation email, is this normal?

It is very common for emails sent from our booking software to arrive in your spam folder. Remember to check your junk mail. If the confirmation is still not there, do not hesitate to contact us again so that we can check your details together and send it to you.

Is it possible to pay with vacation vouchers?

We confirm that we accept ANCV. However, we are not approved by VACAF.

When and how do I pay the balance of my stay?

A 25% deposit is required to validate your reservation and block your space/rental. The balance must be paid at least 30 days before your arrival.

Terms of payment

Is a deposit required?

A deposit of 500 euros will be required to access your rental. Concerning the pitches, a deposit of 20 euros may be requested in the form of a bank loan which will be cancelled at the time of your departure.

Can we reserve neighboring rentals or pitches?

Depending on the type of accommodation desired and our availability, it is possible to reserve adjoining accommodation or pitches. Please contact us prior to your reservation to allow us to define with you the desired terms.

Do you offer a cleaning package? How much is it?

For your comfort, we propose you to subscribe to a cleaning package. It costs between 70 and 100 euros depending on the size of your rental property and exempts you from cleaning when you leave. We will simply ask you to empty the garbage and wash the dishes.

Is it possible to know the number of my location?

Unless there is a special request, the numbers of the pitches/rentals are only given at the time of your arrival on site.

Is the map of the campsite full size?

We are sending you the map of the rental property for your information so that you can visualize our different infrastructures and orient yourself on site. It is definitely not to scale and does not reflect the actual size of our various locations.

During your holidays

Is it possible to have visitors ?

During your stay, it is quite possible for you to receive visitors. However, for security reasons, please report them to the reception desk.

Who should I contact if I have a problem?

Do not wait until the end of your stay to report any problems. Our teams are very concerned about your well-being and satisfaction. Every day, we do our utmost to ensure that your vacations meet your expectations. You can contact us directly at the reception or contact us by phone, email or via our various social networks. We are at your disposal 7 days a week.

Is it possible to extend my stay at the end of it?

It is quite possible to choose to extend your stay at the end of it. We will try to answer your wishes as well as possible according to our availabilities.

Can we come at 7pm ?

We understand that it is not always possible for you to arrive at the reception time. This is why we have set up a late arrival service. You just need to let us know in advance so that we can give the necessary items to the snack bar so that you can pick them up when you arrive.

Is it possible to change my stay dates?

It is possible to change the dates of your stay subject to availability on our part. The price of your stay may vary according to the tariff periods.
