Is it compulsory to arrive on Saturday and leave the following saturday?
You can choose your arrival and departure day. During the low season, stays are for a minimum of 2 nights. But, in high season they are for a minimum of one week. However, Key Westotel mobile homes are always available from 2 nights. Please contact us to discuss your holiday plans.
Do you accept animals?
As a family campsite, we care about the well-being of the whole family. Your pets (dogs and cats) are welcome at an additional cost (one pet per rental). You will need to have your health booklet with up-to-date vaccinations with you.
Is the campsite adapted for PRM?
In our Campasun Mas de Pierredon in Sanary-Sur-Mer, we offer a rental property designed for people with reduced mobility. It is designed to make it easier for people with disabilities to move around and to provide them with spacious rooms. We are also equipped with access ramps to the main common areas (reception, swimming pool, etc.) and the walkways are tarmacked to make it easier to move around the site. Suitable sanitary facilities are available for our camping and motorhome friends.
Does the campsite offer any entertainment?
In July and August, every week, our entertainers offer a variety of programmes for each member of the family: aquagym classes, treasure hunts, themed evenings… The foam evenings are particularly appreciated by our dear holidaymakers.
Rentals & Pitches
How many people can the accommodation accommodate?
Each accommodation indicates on its page the number of people it can accommodate. For reasons of comfort and insurance, we cannot exceed the number indicated. The only exception is for children under 2 years of age in certain rental properties. If this is the case, please contact us before your arrival. Be aware of the number of adults also indicated as some beds cannot exceed a certain weight.
Is it possible to put a tent on my rental pitch?
For insurance reasons, you cannot add a tent to your rental site. However, you can rent a tent or camper van pitch close to your accommodation. For more information, please contact us directly by phone or email.
Is bedding included?
We equip all our rentals with pillows and blankets. For our Key Westotel rentals, linen and towels are automatically included. Rented per pack, you can use them on other rentals. When you make your reservation, do not hesitate to ask us.
Do you permit barbecues?
Charcoal barbecues are not permitted for safety reasons. Whatever your material, it should not require an open flame. Some of our rental properties already have a plancha. They are indicated on the inventories.

I would like to organise an event at the campsite (professional or personal), is this possible? Who should I contact?
We offer a variety of equipment to meet all your needs. Whether it’s a conference room, a reception for your family events or sports facilities, we can help you organise your event. Contact us at email@example.com for more information.
What do you offer for weddings and birthdays?
We offer a reception hall and rental accommodation. Send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like a package of accommodation + catering. You can contact the restaurant La Savane directly for the catering part.
Reservation & Payment
Is it better to book a rental or a pitch in advance?
We recommend that you book your accommodation in advance to ensure availability. For locations, depending on the period, a call on the day of your visit may be sufficient. Be especially careful in July, August and September.
How far in advance do we have to book our rental?
We cannot know in advance how busy we will be with our rentals, however, it is important to remember that summer is often the busiest season. For July and August, we advise you to book from November. We ask you to pay the balance 2 months before your arrival. For a worry-free holiday, make an option as soon as possible.
Is it possible to put an option for the next season?
Every year we open the bookings for the season in November. If you wish to organise your holiday before the opening of bookings, please contact us by email or telephone.
I have not received confirmation of my stay, what should I do?
We advise you to check your spam. If you don’t have an email address either, please contact us so that we can check your details.
Do you accept holiday vouchers?
We accept ANCV. Nevertheless, we do not have the VACAF accreditation.
When do we have to pay for our stay?
To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 25%. The balance must be paid at least 30 days before your stay.
Terms of payment
Is a deposit required?
On arrival, we ask for a deposit of 500 euros to gain access to your accommodation. For pitches, the deposit is 20 euros. This is a bank loan that we cancel when you leave the campsite.
Is it possible to book side-by-side rentals or pitches?
To have the maximum chance of staying close to your loved ones, we advise you to book as early as possible. You can then indicate your request in the “remarks” field when making your reservation.
How much is the cleaning fee? What does it include?
The cleaning fee is between 70 and 100 euros. It all depends on your rental property. You are still required to empty your bins and wash your dishes.
Are we given the number of our location?
Unless you make a specific choice, the numbers of the pitches are only communicated at the time of your arrival on the campsite. It is a practical matter because of our reservation software. Thank you for your understanding.
The campground plan it is at scale?
We have provided a map to help you find your way around our campsite. This is also the case for pitches and rentals. Please let us know the dimensions of your vehicles when you book your pitch.
During your holidays
What time does the gate close?
We leave the gate open until 11pm. After this time, you must leave your vehicle in the car park opposite the campsite. For motorhomes and caravans arriving late in the evening, a night watchman is present to direct you to your pitch.
Is it possible to have visitors ?
It is quite possible to receive visitors to your pitch or rental property. However, access to our entertainment facilities is restricted to holidaymakers only, for security reasons. We will ask you to inform us of the number of visitors.
What swimwear is allowed in the campsite pool?
Are you going to relax at the pool? Here are the permitted swimming costumes:
For women:one-piece and two-piece swimming costumes are allowed
For men:boxer shorts and swimming trunks are allowed
I am coming with my children, is there a mini club?
We offer a free children’s club from Monday to Friday from 10am to 12pm. We accept children from 4 years old.
If we are not happy with something, who should we talk to?
Our reception is open 7 days a week to answer any questions you may have and to deal with any concerns you may have, whether on or off the campsite. Your satisfaction is a priority for our teams.
Can we extend our stay?
Absolutely, you can change your dates of stay. A proposal will be made according to our availability.
Can we arrive after 7pm?
It is possible to arrive at our campsite at a late hour, provided that you inform us in advance so that we can receive you in the best possible conditions. An email will be sent to you with arrival details.
Can one pitch accommodate two vehicles?
Depending on the size of the pitch, a second vehicle can be accommodated at an additional cost. We will ask you to inform us by e-mail or to ask at the reception desk when you arrive.
Insurance & Cancellations
What reasons for cancellation does the insurance cover?

How can the insurance reimburse us?
You must fulfil the cancellation conditions specified by the insurance company, then contact them by email at email@example.com to complete your file. We do not have access to your file for confidentiality reasons. Your contact person will be Gritchen.
Can we change the dates of our stay?
It is possible to change your dates; as long as we have availability that matches your new dates. Depending on the period chosen, the rates may change.
What happens if we have not taken out cancellation insurance?
If you have not taken out cancellation insurance, you will not be able to claim a refund, except in cases defined by the government. However, we may be able to shift your stay to the current or next season. However, there may be an additional cost depending on the availability of accommodation or the dates.
