Do we have to arrive on saturday and leave the following saturday?
For your greater comfort, choose the arrival and departure days of your stay at our Campasun Parc Mogador campsite at your convenience. In low season, stays are for a minimum of 2 nights and in high season for a minimum of 6 nights. Only our Key Westotel mobile homes are available from 2 nights all year round.
Is it possible to stay with our pets?
In your Campasun Camping Parc Mogador, dogs and cats are welcome within the limit of one animal per pitch. Just category 1 and 2 dogs cannot be accepted. Please bring their up-to-date vaccination booklet with you and make sure that the area behind them is clean.
Does the campsite offer any entertainment?
In July and August, a team of entertainers is on hand to offer you all kinds of entertainment: aqua gym, kids’ club, treasure hunts, pétanque or table tennis tournaments, themed evenings, night-time pools and foam parties. The schedule can be consulted at the reception or on our interactive terminal.
Rentals & Pitches
What is the maximum number of people allowed in the accommodation?
We specify the maximum number of people on each rental form. For reasons of comfort, insurance and safety we cannot accept more people. Please respect the capacity of our different mobile homes.
Can I put a tent on my rental site?
For safety and insurance reasons, we do not allow tents on the pitch. However, if you want to rent a rental property close to a pitch it is possible. Please contact us so that we can discuss the different possibilities together.
Are sheets included in the rental?
All our accommodation is equipped with pillows and polar blankets. Only our Key Westotel rentals include the rental of cloth sheets and shower towels at no extra cost. For the other rentals, you can choose to add the rental of sheets and towels to your service for an additional cost.
What types of barbecues are allowed?
For obvious safety reasons, barbecues with flames are prohibited. Planchas and gas barbecues are only allowed on their own. Pay attention to the voltages of your appliances so as not to cause the terminals or rentals to break down.
Reservation & Payment
Is it necessary to book our stay in advance?
We strongly recommend that you book in advance of your visit. We are particularly busy during certain periods and cannot always guarantee the desired availability. Don’t hesitate to contact us with your holiday plans and we will advise you on how best to plan your next stay.
When is the best time to book a holiday?
We cannot predict booking trends from year to year. We therefore recommend that you plan ahead, especially for stays in July/August. We open for bookings in October/November each year. From then on, it is possible to put an option on the rentals at the desired dates.
Is it possible to place an option before the official opening of reservations?
Bookings for the coming season are usually launched in November. However, it is still possible to put an option on a stay before this date. We will contact you at the time of booking to confirm your option by paying the 25% deposit required to secure your rental. Contact us.
When and how should my stay be paid for?
The payment of your stay is done in 2 steps. At the time of booking, a deposit of 25% will be required to secure your rental. You will then receive a first confirmation email (remember to check your spam). 30 days before your arrival, we will send you a second e-mail asking you to pay the total amount of your stay. Your stays can be paid by credit card directly on our website, by bank transfer or by ANCV holiday vouchers (we are not approved by VACAF).
Terms of payment
Will I be asked for a deposit?
For all rentals, a deposit of 500€ will be required. As a precautionary measure, we also ask for a €20 fee for the pitches. This deposit can be made in cash or in the form of a bank imprint.
Is it possible to book side-by-side accommodation?
We regularly receive requests from holidaymakers to stay next to each other or to ‘twin’ a pitch with a rental property. This is possible depending on the type of accommodation required and its position within the campsite. In any case, we will make sure to offer you the most suitable solutions for an ideal stay. However, we recommend that you send us these specific requests as soon as possible so that we can adjust the allocation of accommodation. Unfortunately, depending on the number of visitors, we will not always be able to respond favourably.
What is the household package? How much is it?
The cleaning package includes the cleaning of your accommodation on departure. It saves you from having to do it yourself for a cost of between 70 and 100 euros depending on the size of your rental property. The only requirement is that you empty your bins and clean your dishes.
Is it possible to know my pitch number before I arrive?
We do not give out pitch numbers prior to arrival unless you have chosen a specific number yourself. We reserve the right to modify the allocation of the different pitches and rentals to best suit your needs.
Is the plan of the campsite made to actual size?
We will provide you with a map to help you find your way around the site and locate our various facilities more easily. It is not intended to be able to compare the sizes of locations with each other as it is not to scale.
During your holidays
What time does the outside gate close?
The entrance gate is open from 8 am to 11 pm. To exit, the door will open automatically as you approach your vehicle. However, entries will not be possible outside these times. You will have to park your car outside and walk around the campsite. For late arrivals of motorhomes and caravans, our night watchman is at your disposal to facilitate access to your pitch.
Is it possible to have visitors in our holiday home?
Your visitors are welcome at the Parc Mogador campsite. However, they will not be allowed access to the water park. We simply ask you to report any visitors to the reception for security reasons.
What swimwear is allowed in the campsite pool?
Are you going to relax at the pool? Here are the permitted swimming costumes:
For women:one-piece and two-piece swimming costumes are allowed
For men:boxer shorts and swimming trunks are allowed
Is there a club for children?
During the high season, between July and August, we have a club for your children. This club is free and welcomes your children (from 4 years old) from Monday to Friday from 10am to 12pm.
Who should I contact if I have a problem?
It would be a shame to wait until the end of your holiday to report any problems. The reception is at your disposal 7 days a week to discuss and remedy any situation, depending or not of the campsite. Your satisfaction is very important to us and our teams are very attentive to it.
Can I choose to extend my stay?
At any time, you can choose to extend your holiday. A proposal will be made according to our availability. However, during busy periods we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request.
Can I arrive after 7pm?
Late arrivals are possible on all our Campasun campsites. Please let us know, so we can prepare for your arrival. We will specify the modalities by email or by phone about the access to your place/rental.
Is it possible to park another vehicle near our pitch?
Where possible, we can accommodate a second vehicle at an additional cost. Where possible, we can accommodate a second vehicle at an additional cost.
Insurance & Cancellations
What reasons are covered by cancellation insurance?
All the reasons for cancellation can be found directly on the Gritchen insurance website : https://www.campez-couvert.com/ . You can also contact us or the insurance company directly for any questions or requests for clarification.
How do I claim my refund from the insurance company?
If the reason for your cancellation is covered by the cancellation insurance, you must contact Gritchen by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. For reasons of confidentiality, we will not have access to your file and will not be able to inform you of its progress. This will have to be dealt with systematically with the insurer.
Can I change the period of my stay?
In case of unforeseen circumstances, please contact the reception. Depending on the reason and our possibilities, we can offer you a possible postponement of your stay. Rates may vary depending on the period.
