Is it necessary to arrive on saturday and leave the next saturday?
At Campasun Les Hautes Prairies, we are committed to making your vacation a moment of happiness. Thus, it seems important to us to let you choose your arrival and departure day. It’s up to you according to your preferences and possibilities. For stays in low season, we impose a minimum of 2 nights. And in high season stays of minimum 1 week.
Are dogs and cats allowed ?
At Les Hautes Prairies campsite, your four-legged friends (dogs and cats) are welcome. Only category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed. Thank you for coming with their up-to-date vaccination booklet. Please also keep the area behind you clean. If you are planning to stay at the campsite with more than one pet, please send us an email when you make your booking to leshautesprairies@campasun.eu (with the size and breed of your pets) so that we can assess the situation according to the size of your chosen accommodation.
Do you propose animations on the campsite?
An animation team is present on the campsite in July/August. You will enjoy many animations for the entertainment of all the family: playful activities for the children, sports tournaments, thematic evenings, foam evenings… The schedule can be consulted at the reception.
Rentals & Pitches
How many people are allowed in each rental ?
The number of people admitted is specified on each rental form. Thank you for referring to it. It is a matter of comfort and insurance. We also specify the number of adults and children that can be accommodated in the different rentals. Some beds are not designed to support the weight of an adult.
Can we place a tent on our rental ?
We do not allow the addition of tents directly on the site of your rental for reasons of safety, comfort and insurance. On the other hand, we can, if possible, rent pitches and rentals side by side. Do not hesitate to contact the reception for any request.
Are sheets and towels included in the rentals?
In your location, you have pillow and blankets. Only our Key Westotel mobile homes include cloth sheets and towels. For our other rentals, we offer the rental of linen and towel packs. Do not hesitate to ask for it at the time of your reservation.
Can we come on vacation with our barbecue?
Any device requiring the presence of an open flame is prohibited on the campsite for obvious safety reasons. Planchas and gas appliances are allowed. Just make sure to respect the voltage limit on the sites and in the rentals. Some of our rentals are rented with plancha. A collective barbecue is also at your disposal on the campsite. We also offer you to rent a plancha at the reception.
Home & Group Offers
I would like to organize an event at the campsite (professional or personal). Who can I contact?
Our campsite has infrastructures allowing us to receive you during your various events: weddings, sports competitions, seminars, cousinades… We put at your disposal an accommodation offer that can be completed with a catering offer. Please send us an email, with your dates, the type of event and the number of participants. We will answer you as soon as possible.
Reservation & Payment
Do we need to book in advance for our camping vacations?
For stays in July/August or during the Yeah festival, it is indeed strongly advised to book your stays as soon as possible. We are very busy during these periods and cannot guarantee availability at the time of your visit if you have not made a reservation in advance.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We open reservations in October/November. For busy periods: during the Yeah festival or for the months of July/August, we recommend that you book as early as possible to guarantee the desired availability.
Is it possible to put an option for next season?
It is possible and even recommended to put an option on your stay as soon as possible. Before the opening of the reservations in October/November, we already start to take note of your wishes for the next season in order to answer at best your expectations. Do not hesitate to contact us.
I did not receive any confirmation of my reservation, is this normal?
The automatic emails sent from our reservation software tend to land in spam. Don’t hesitated to look this side! If the email is not there either, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can check your details and send you the confirmation.
Is it possible to pay with vacation vouchers?
The ANCV are indeed accepted. However, we are not approved by VACAF.
When and how do I pay for my stay?
In order to block your rental/site, a deposit of 25% is required at the time of your reservation. The balance must be paid at least 30 days before your arrival.
Terms of payment
Is a deposit required when I arrive?
A deposit of 500 euros is required to dispose of your rental. It is made under proof of bank loan and will be cancelled at the time of your departure.
How much does the cleaning package ? What is it about?
The cleaning package involves the cleaning of your rental at the time of your departure at your place. It costs between 70 and 100 euros depending on the size of your rental. We simply ask you to empty your garbage and wash your dishes when you leave.
Is it possible to find out the number of my location?
We never communicate the number of the pitches unless you have chosen it yourself beforehand. It is a question of organization in order to be able to respond as well as possible to everyone’s requests.
Is the plan of the campsite made to actual size?
The map is not at actual size. It is simply a document provided as an indication to allow you to orient yourself and locate more easily our various infrastructures.
During your holidays
Do you allow visitors?
During your stay at Les Hautes Prairies, it is possible to receive visitors. They will not have access to the water park. Please report their presence to the reception for security reasons.
Who should I contact if I have a problem on the campsite?
Do not wait until the end of your stay to report any anomaly or problem. We are at your disposal 7 days a week at the reception and take your satisfaction to heart.
Is it possible to extend my stay during my vacation?
Unless we have no more availability, yes it is possible. Come and talk to us at the reception or contact us before you come.
Do you allow late arrivals?
We understand that it is not always possible to arrive at the opening hours of the reception. That’s why a late arrival service is at your disposal. Thank you for letting us know. We will then give an envelope to the restaurant or to the security guard so that he can welcome you.

Is it possible to change the dates of my stay?
In case of unforeseen circumstances, we can possibly grant you a postponement of your stay depending on our availability. You may be asked to pay an additional fee depending on the period.
